Last updated: May 14, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of DesignHub Studio and its services. By accessing and using our website, enrolling in courses, or utilizing our resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. Your access to our website and services is conditioned upon your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
User Obligations and Conduct
As a user of our services, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We require that you do not engage in unauthorized access, harassment, or disruption of our services or other users. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our platform. Additionally, you must not use our services for any illegal purposes or in violation of intellectual property rights. We monitor user conduct and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any content you upload or share through our platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, course curricula, design assets, and intellectual property available on our platform are the exclusive property of DesignHub Studio or our licensed partners. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video content, and interactive features. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view this content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission. When you submit assignments, projects, or user-generated content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for educational and promotional purposes. We maintain all rights to our proprietary teaching methodologies and course designs.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may not permit limitations of liability, so this provision may not apply to you.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, abusive conduct, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination. We are not liable for any loss of data, access to courses, or other consequences resulting from account termination. You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. In the event of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with your submitted work, though we cannot guarantee recovery of all materials. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property and liability limitations, shall continue in effect.
